  • 1. Load Your mojo. Wallet:

    • In-Person: Visit any BoB Finance or OMT branch. Bring your ID, give us your cash, and we'll load your mojo. wallet with no hidden fees. Use our geo-locator map on our website to find the nearest location.

    • Remotely: Receive a transfer directly into your mojo. wallet from another mojoer, without needing to leave your spot—whether you're at home, work, or school!

    2. Make Payments:

    Once you have funds in your wallet, you’re ready to spend at any of our partner merchants. Just look for the mojo. sign at Areeba POS systems or any Areeba or CCM point of sale, and scan the QR code to complete your purchase.

    3. Send and Receive Funds:

    Transfer money to and from other mojoers for free! Perfect for avoiding awkward bill-splitting moments or for just sending money to a friend. Keep an eye out for our upcoming feature to make splitting bills even more hassle-free!

    mojo. makes managing your money straightforward and stress-free, with tools designed to keep the process quick and secure.

    • Download mojo. from the Apple store or Playstore.

    • On the app's landing page, click on "Sign up."

    • Approve the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

    • Enter your phone number.

    • Confirm your phone number by entering the verification code sent to you via SMS.

    • Allow access to the camera and follow the instructions to verify your identity.

    • Follow the instructions to scan your ID document.

    • Create a PIN code to ensure the security of your app.

    • Confirm your PIN.

    • Enter your residency address, current occupation, source of funds, and any other relevant information.

    Once you've completed all the steps above, you're ready to start using and benefiting from mojo.'s services.

    The approval process may take up to 48 hours.

  • Absolutely not! Who needs a bank account in Lebanon anyway? 

  • Either free or very little! mojo. to mojo. transactions are completely free, but there's a 1% charge on cash-out services. We wish we could waive it entirely! You can find more details about our fees in our Terms & Conditions. Click here *insert hyperlink* for quick access.

  • We adhere to regulations, so the following limits apply:

    The maximum amounts sent and received by a mojoer. cannot exceed

    A mojo. wallet balance should not exceed USD 3,000 or LPB 150,000,000 at any given time.

    • It's simple! Whether you're carrying Lebanese pounds or U.S dollars, just swing by any mojo. agent and we'll load your cash straight into your wallet—or even a friend's. Lighten your pockets, and mind, in one quick stop!

    • All you need is a smile and your photo ID (a national ID or passport works best). 

  • Just visit any of our mojo. agents with your ID in hand—either your national ID or passport will do. Let them know how much you want to convert from your digital wallet into Lebanese pounds or U.S dollars, and voilà, you'll have your cash in no time! 

  • Same for the same! Cash out of your LBP account and get fresh LBP. Cash out of your USD account and get fresh USD!

    • You can receive money via transfers from your friends and family in Lebanon (and abroad – coming soon!) 

    • Once the money is sent, you will receive an in-app push notification and a notification on your phone (please remember to allow mojo. to send you notifications!) to inform you that you have received funds. 

    • Your balance and recent transactions will always be up to date so it's easy to check at any time, day or night. 

    A mojoer. always has full control; you can decide to accept or reject the transfer!

  • Easy peasy! Once you receive any deposit or request for funds, you can simply click "accept" or "reject."

    Our mojoers. have full control, always.

  • Once you or another mojoer. transfers money to your mojo. wallet, your funds will be instantly available in your wallet.

  • Your money is safe with mojo. We're the mobile wallet you can trust! Your balance will be there waiting for you whenever you decide to use it.

  • Go to your in-app settings and follow the simple steps. We will need to make sure it's you though, so please have your old PIN at hand or have your email address ready to verify.

  • Within the app, you can find "Close My Account". After you press it, input your PIN and confirm, you will receive a confirmation email for the closed account along with any remaining balance that you can withdraw at any mojo. agent.

  • You should contact us immediately! A mojoer will assist you right away.
